CoreHub is all about helping small to medium sized tenants of commercial real estate make better, faster, more pain free decisions about their next space by providing a comprehensive listings platform, market data, and connecting them to the best brokers in their area. Our goal is to revolutionize the process of leasing small to mid sized commercial property, putting the end user in control and giving them as much autonomy in the process as they like. At a high level, think of us like a Zillow for commercial real estate

Cogitr
The purpose of Cogitr is to create a marketplace to match people who need help with those who are eligible to help. A mobile application (for both IOS and Android systems) will be designed and constructed for customers to find their matchings for a desired purpose, time, and location with an agreed price. Cogito should serve as an intermediary agency to increase the efficiency of this matching process. In addition, Cogitr serves as a reliable and safe payment platform during transaction.
